Add a note, files, or both. Paste from Notion, email, or a document and ALS keeps headings, paragraph breaks, and lists readable in the capture. Files selected together remain one contextual bundle—for example, one workout with its screenshots, treadmill photo, scale reading, and a note about your shoulder.
You do not need to classify sensitivity. ALS preserves files privately first, verifies their exact fingerprints, then determines the governed processing route. Never submit passwords, recovery codes, private keys, or other authentication secrets.
